?In charge of setting up a Zero Defect Quality production with about 100 operator, with 2 shift system.

?Build and develop a highly motivated team. Lead employee development & training measures.

?Continuous improvement of production related processes.

Requirements:

1.Peonality & Motivation

oChinese native speaker with good command of both oral and written English.

oStrong intercultural and communication skills.

oLeadehip and team building competences.

oSelf-motivated, target orientated, hands on, problem solving and decision making peonality with strong integrity.

oBachelor degree or above.

oGood network in North-East China (local candidates preferred).

2.Experiences

oExperienced to work with European or American Manager in foreign invested automotive company.

oSeveral yea respoible for assembly or manufacturing in semi-automated production environment.

oExperienced with Zero Defect Quality.

o>3 yea leadehip experience in automotive.

oExperience in cable & harness or electric automotive products is a plus.
