Project quality control and management

-Define quality and reliability objectives of the project and define quality improvement plan，and Monitor and drive Quality Improvement Plan every phase.

-确定项目的质量和可靠性目标以及质量改进计划，监督并推动各阶段的质量改进计划。

-Manage Project Quality Assurance File such as reports / test results / engineering reports related to quality.

-管理项目质量保证文件，如各种报告/检验结果/质量相关的工程文件

-Eure quality issues are put in project QRQC board and actio are followed on time，solve the critical quality issue using PDCA

-保证质量问题放入项目QRQC，按时跟踪行动计划，采用PDCA解决重要质量问题。

-Supplier quality assureance in project phase

-项目阶段的供应商质量保证

-Eure all PPAP files include all documents according to precedure and company rules before submission for approval

-确保PPAP提交的相关文件符合相关流程和要求。

Qualification 任职资格

'-Experience in product/process quality control, familiar with the quality tools, such as SPC, 8D and etc., especially for project quality control tool APQP, PPAP;

-具备产品/过程质量控制经验，熟悉SPC, 8D, APQP,PPAP等工具

-Skilled in project development procedure and milestones;

-熟悉项目开发流程和关键时间节点

-Have the problem solving skill with the help of process & product engineer or othe;

-在工艺/产品工程师或其他人员帮助下具备一定问题分析解决能力

-Good communication skill and good coordinating ability

-具备良好的沟通技巧和协调能力

-Automotive experience over 3 yea

-汽车行业33年以上相关工作经验

-Good English communication ability

-良好的英文沟通能力
