职位描述:
Main Job Tasks and Respoibilities
· Service contracts preparation;
· Contracts review and process tracking in accordance with company policies;
· File and retrieve documents and reference materials
· Prepare and edit correspondence, communicatio, presentatio and other documents
· Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communicatio
· Awer and manage incoming calls
· Liaise with internal staff at all levels
· Interact with external clients
· Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
Education and Experience
· Usually at least 1 year experience
· proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
· Bachelor’s degree with legal education background is an advantage
· Can use English as working language, ability to read and write in English is a must
