Support the Human resource activity for Shanghai, Japan and South Korea
? Recruitment of Staff
? Assisting for Employee Engagement Activities
? Performance review and appraisal cycle implementation
? Coordinating the training activities
? Management of employee records
? Payroll and welfare management
? Handling enroll & exit related issues
? Maintain HR system
? Coordinating HR programs
? Preparing HR reports
Requirements
Preferred an univeity degree in business, human resources, management, or behavioral sciences with 4 yea related experience
Fluent Mandarin & English in both oral and written
Good communication and organization skill
Have a sound knowledge of full HR spectrum and skills
Fast learner
