Job Summary

-Account Executive respoible for developing new customer service process and enhancing existing process in supply chain management business, including but not limited to new clients securing, audit booking, delivery reporting and payment collecting.

-Eure processes fit the theme of scalable, global coistency, relevant and optimise the processes.

-Respoible for capacity planning, building and training of customer service staff.

-Develop and enhance client relatiohips through provision of professional support services and customer care.

-Act as the category champion and company ambassador for the supply chain management business.

The Job

Process Development (1)

-Design workflow, process documents, and delivery scorecard as required by business line.

-Maintain a customer & facilities info data bank for applicable countries in the Region.

-Works with IT for customer service system innovatio, upgrades & improvements.

-Work with the oveeas BD teams to secure new business and custome.

-Work with local BD teams to secure new business and custome.

System Implementation (2)

-Be respoible for audit delivery (scheduling, payment colleting, reporting, etc).

-Monitor the quality and delivery status for new and existing clients.

-Eure that the adequate auditor is available and qualified for the task.

-Eure the informatiodata accuracy to support daily business operatio management

-File document and co-work with HK hub for international/key account management

-Liaise with the clients on program issues as needed

-Handle customer enquiries and complaints

-Provide monthly reports per client requirements

-Eure invoicing activities are completed on time

Quality Enhancement & Training (3)

-Client interface through regular meetings to support account management activities.

-Train and coach team membe to make sure coistency & good service experience is delivered to both internal and external custome.

-Conduct regular review of service itruction to eure its effectiveness.

-Develop, revise and upgrade service SOP’s as required.

-Work with client in organizing supplier seminar, conference or seminar if required.
