Respoibility: In the purpose of execute Nemak IT strategy, be respoible for CHQ Server and network management, site SLA process control and Infrastructure deployment ,LAN&WAN troubleshooting services, be respoible for CHQ local IT Budget implementation.

1. Network & Server management

Microsoft Active Directory, D and DHCP infrastructure

Company server group management / VMWare infrastructure

Local Cisco Phone & wireless system support

MS SQL DB maintain to eure all internal local DB running well

MPLS & Internet line monitoring

2.IT Planning & Control

Implement Nemak IT policy in CHQ locally

Design suitable training plan for end-use to improve their IT acknowledge & skills and execute

Data security management & Data backup/restore

3.IT Helpdesk & SLA support

Provide fit level support both online and oite for the end-user based on global IT SLA.

Provide training to end-use on office software's (OS & Application, intranet system)

Client PC & OS & Application implémentation

MDM management

4.Project & Business support

Organize new IT project development, design and implementing and improve continuously.

Business continues related IT Support, esp. manufacturing IT tools know-how & implementation

Qualification:

- Bachelor degree or above;

- Microsoftware Server Management (AD/DDHCP/NPS);

- VMWare Virtualization knowledge;

- Cisco Network based (switching & routing) knowledge;

- MS SQL DB skill;

- Backup/Restore knowledge;

- Basic Project management skill;

- Good Communication skill;

- Manufacturing based WOFE (Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise) IT experience is a MUST, 5-7 year IT relevant experience is a preferred.
