JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Tutor manager, China 讲师经理(中国区)
DEPARTMENT: Training
REPORT TO: Director, Training Services China
DATE: May, 2016
JOB PURPOSE
- To eure quality delivery of training services and readiness of training resources;
- To enable training team to achieve its goals.
MAIN REPOIBILITIES
?Develop new coues or support team to design new coue;
?Deliver training coues;
?Explore & develop internal and external resources;
?Make and implement tutor development plan;
?Define tuto’ work standard and eure good quality deliver;
?Arrange and monitor the tutor schedule to eure a high level FTE utilization rate;
?Make sure an efficient and smooth operation;
?Continuously improve tuto’ performance;
?Work with marketing team to promote new coues and enable tuto to deliver the new coue;
?Support BD and sales team to achieve annual training business target;
?Eure a compliance of IRCA/EMEA requirement for registered coues;
?Act as focal point to report / respond APAC or UK;
?Liaise with external partne and internal departments related;
?Support pre sales from technical point of view;
?To do the job assigned by training director.
JOB REQUIRMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES):
?At least bachelor degree, MBA or business major is preferred;
?More than 5 yea management experiences and 3 yea in training field; familiar with management system or stardards is preferred;
?Strong leadehip in leading a knowledge workforce;
?Excellent presentation skills and interpeonal skills;
?Work under high pressure;
?Great team player;
?High standard on quality of service;
?Strong business acumen;
?Could travel frequently.
