职位描述:
Purpose of Position
To provide administrative support and process the daily operation for the Sales Department in region
Key Respoibilities & Accountabilities
· Coordinate to eure the contract process smoothly and efficiency
· Collect, coolidate and statistic sales related data on weekly basis
· Assist in making presentation, tralation as well as clear up client list in system
· Filing the departmental documents as required
· Works as the Assistant to both SD and Sales team and serves as a “bridge” between departments
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
· College graduate, accountancy major prefer, with more than 1 year related working experience
· Number seitive and good statistic knowledge
· Good command of English (oral & written)
· Excellent computer skills, including facility with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and database
· Accurate, reliable and proactive
· Detailed oriented multi-tasker
· A good team player
· Sales satisfaction for daily operation with little complaint rate from team
· Communication & coordination effectiveness
· Error rate less than 1 per quarter
· Meet the deadline on time
