Main missio:

- Respoible for plan and set up a lean GA production team for Business Excellence including:

Align the team structure to NEVS production philosophy and way of work

The current and planned production capacity

Define roles and respoibilities for the different positio

Together with HR secure that the right competence and numbe are hired in time.

Plan and secure GA production teams training in NEVS production philosophy and way to work

to build top quality products.

Plan and secure GA production teams training in building the products to achieve required targets

of product Quality and Volume.

- In running production respoible for the management of GA Production operatio .

Respoible for the GA production business operate and live up to the company's vision, mission and values.

Respoible for getting employees to set challenging goals and create a bold culture.

Respoible for coaching and guiding their staff to continuously improve operatio.

Respoible for encouraging cross-functional and process approach.

Job Requirements

A) Basic Requirements：

- Technical, Economic or Organization college degree or equivalent experience.，

- Fluent in written and spoken English

- Have Car Driving licee

B) Working Experiences Requirements：

- Management experience of minimum 6 yea

- Experience within Automotive Industry

- Experienced in Lean production management;

C) Technical Skill Requirements：

- Good computer skills in general including MS Office, Excel,
