Respoibilities:

1. In charge of making and manage system documents and relevant training to promote the implementation of the system of quality and environment.

2. In charge of inner audit, supervision and ipection according to the demand from client or relevant departments in order to eure the smooth pass of audit.

3. Make the system documents about quality management.

4. Make annual check planning and program of inner audit (including TS, inner production and process audit).

5. In charge of the supervision and ipection on the implementation of quality system documents by all the departments and report to supervisor about the system condition regularly.

6. Supervise the implementation condition of the corrective measure of the disqualification found in the both inner and outside audit.

7. Make Audit Questionnaire and evaluation criterion.

8. Collect the issues in the implementation process of system documents and identify the demand of improvement in order to eure the accurate update and release of quality system documents.

9. Organize relevant training and promote the accurate undetanding and implementation of documents of quality system.

10. Organize and implement annual management assessment and report of company.

11. Undetand and summarize the special demand from client and make quality iurance program of new product. If necessary, make new quality iurance documents aim at meeting the client demand.

12. Assist the third-part ititutes and clients with the confirmation and following audit of all kinds of systems each year. Put forward the corrective measure report about disqualification to pass the audit.

13. Take part in KAIZEN activities.

14. Follow up with the relevant position requirement of process documents in company quality system.

15. Finish other tasks arranged by superior.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above with major in Engineering, Business Administration;

2. Minimum 3 yea quality system related working experience in automotive industry;

3. Knowledge and experience with automotive standards and methods is a plus;

4. Experience on ISO / TS16949, ISO14001, ProLaunch, SSDD, 8D, LEAN;

5. Skilled in MatrixOne (eMatrix);

6. ISO Auditor Certification is preferred;

7. SAP knowledge is a plus;

8. Fluent in oral and written English;
