岗位职责：

1.设施管理和维护。（年度保养计划，外包管理与计划，供电系统，空调系统（包括制冷机，空调机组，水泵，管道，冷却塔，风机盘管等），温湿度监控系统，排气通风系统，真空系统，电梯系统，纯水系统，发电系统，压缩空气系统，稳压柜和不间断电源，热泵系统，城市供水系统，天燃气系统，废水处理系统，应急照明等）。

2.公司设施管理与维护程序更新（ISO9000，ISO14001，TS16949等）。

3.实用消费数据的收集和分析，月度报告。

4.设备备件管理（预防维护保养零配件）。

5.能源管理以及各项环境安全检查。

6.完成主管领导交办的其他工作。

工作要求：

1.大专或以上学历，机电一体化及相关专业，5年以上厂务系统管理经验。

2.了解给排水、电气、暖通等相关专业知识。

3.持有特种作业资格证书。

4.熟悉办公室软件，Auto CAD软件。

5.良好的书面和口头英语技能者优先。

6.良好的分析及决策能力，解决问题能力、沟通和组织协调能力强，具有成本控制意识。
