Respoibilities:

?Quality Lab daily management

?Respoibility for measurement tools/air pressure gauge calibration

?Respoibility for internal and external(customer side) testing request(ARF)

?Analysis test result and Issue test report

?Test equipment management (maintenance, repair, design the fixture, etc.)

?Support product analysis

?MSA /CPK study to the key tools and sc of the product.

?Experience of SPC implementation

?Coach the technicia and ipecto

?Other tasks from supervisor.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above in engineering.

2. Minimum 3 yea working experience in lab area of automotive industry in quality department.

3. Able to reading and undetand drawings including the special requirement.

4. Able to use 3D, 2D and other measuring device.

5. Knowledge about TS16949,VDA6.3/VDA6.5 (ISO 17025, GP10 certification is a plus)

6. Customer focused, proactive problem solver

7. Excellent organisational skills; the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines

8. Excellent communication (internal/external custome and supplie)

9. Team player
