Respoibility:

?Eure all stages of project implementation and all steps of the friction supplier planning. Cooperate with caliper design and functional test departments;

?Eure that all necessary conditio for the applicability of products meet customer side;

?Eure participation in product design / development / shape / products industrialization and implementation and other aspects, the objective is to combine information exchange and cooperation during project implementation with cooperation of various functional department;

?Design solutio of brake issue and propose it to design department and customer;

?Analyze of customer specificatio, prepare and coordinate the clause by clause comments of the internal design departments. Trafer of the customer demands into internal specificatio for the friction supplier.

?Coulting and supporting systems enginee and vehicle manufacture concerning the itallation, the function and the technical data of devices of Dyno equipment.

?Calculation of wear lifetime and optimization of blending concepts to maximize brake discs and pads lifetime.

?Presentation of results to internal and external custome.

?Participation in and approval of internal and external design reviews.

?Support project management and systems enginee at the selection of suitable friction material with particular technical, quality and cost aspects.

Requirement:

1.Education: Bachelor degree or above in mechanical/ auto motive engineering or related field.

2.Working experience: 2~3 year experience in automotive product engineering, experience on friction preferred

3.Knowledge: Know about friction material physical and pefromance & Know about quality system and Good communication & coordination skills

4.Good English both in oral and written.
