Reports to: Certification BU Manager_West China

Respoibilities:

-Develop, implement and monitor Certification business strategy in West China of central district as part of Certification China strategy.

-Monitor performance of marketing & sales and operation team

-Provide regular reports on the progress of district activities

-Be respoible for coaching subordinates and arrange training if necessary

-Manage the peonnel of the West district in a professional manner.

- Assist with preparation and monitoring of Central District budget as part of the Certification China budget.

Qualificatio:

-Bachelor degree or above

-About 10 yea working experience in similar fields,at least 2 yea on supervisory or managing position

-Smart and quick in execution

-Good command of English

-Excellent communication skills and business awareness

-Be well-organized and can anticipate issues proactively

High see of respoibility and can work independently

Team-spirited and be able to motivate peonnel with leadehip skills

Based in Chengdu or Chongqing, respoible for West China

Exteive short time travel required.
