We are seeking a VIP IT Support Engineer to join a great team that provides support to end-use in the operation and use of multiple technologies.
Overview
The role has global respoibility for proactive managing the key interface between our VIP community and the teams respoible for the management of incidents, changes and requests which impact upon this community. The role will also provide local engineering support to our HQ community based in Asia Head Office.
About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an already established team to undertake a customer relatiohip management role within our VIP community. You will be respoible for euring all incidents, changes and requests are action to agreed SLA and customer satisfaction levels. You will be managing the interface between the VIP community, internal departments and external 3rd parties whilst providing local engineering support for the business use at our Asia Head Office.
You will be supporting the global teams in the resolution of complex user based IT/Telephony hardware and software issues (including blackberry) and incidents where required, whilst working closely with business use in defining local requirements and delivering locally approved solutio.
Reporting to the Asia IT Oite Services Manager this role will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to work on many Global IT initiatives, provide input to planning, design and development of infrastructure services and is an escalation point to a motivated team.
Roles and Respoibilities:
?Provide a high level of customer service through phone, email and face to face support for all group use;
?Support desktop PCs, notebook, telephones, printe and audio/visual equipment;
?Analyse and recommend new technologies as appropriate for use by the business;
?Provide technical assistance and work direction to aide other employees.
Desirable Skills:
?Customer relatiohip management skills gained within a VIP environment
?Ability to work with business use in defining local requirements and delivering locally approved solutio
?Significant experience supporting VIP / Executive IT needs;
?Strong language skills in native spoken & written English is a must;
?Ability to build, communicate and maintain relatiohips at senior management level;
?Can work independently with strong analytical and problem solving skills;
?Self-motivated, multitasking, able to work under pressure and to tight schedules.

Qualificatio:
?Degree in computer science or related disciplines;
?4-5 yea’ work experience and demotrated 1st to 3rd level IT skills.
