Channel KA Manager渠道大客户经理

Location:Beijing/Tianjihijiazhuang/Baoding/Nanjing(北京/天津/石家庄/保定/南京)
Report to: Regional Sales Manager
Job Respoibility:
1. Develop and maintain key accounts in premium workshops(4S, Premium IWS,etc) to achieve target of volume, revenues and product mix.
2. Implement Key Accounts Pla with good result
3. Take an active role in high level customer engagement on marketing interfaces
4. Design tailor marketing activities for key accounts to meet customer CVPs, and contribute to technical intimacy partnehip building
5. Implement sales toolkits, such as Spancop, customer offer book, KAPs, POPSA to improve competencies and achieve agreed development goals;
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree, major in sales and lubricant is preferable.
2. Minimum 3 yea Lubricant or Auto aftermarket sales experiences. Familiarity with channel key account development and strong customer networks is an advantage.
3. Strong skills in communication, coordination & planning, social and negotiation.
4. Available to travel often.
5. Professional appearance.
6. Fluent in Mandarin & English (both verbal & written)
