Area Sales Manager – Industrial Oil 工业油销售经理
Base in Guang Zhouhenzhen /Haerbihenyang
Respoibilities:
1. Achieve annual sales targets
2. Maintain existing accounts
3. Expand business and sales network
4. Develop brand image of products
5. Enhance brand competitive advantages
6. Manage distributor account:
a) Build relatiohip with custome
b) Co-develop business strategies with custome
c) Collect and coolidate market information
7. Provide data, analysis, recommendation and reports
8. Eure smooth internal and external relatiohip for business development
Requirements:
1. College graduate, major in mechanic or lubricant is preferable.
2. Minimum 3 yea Industrial Lubricant sales experiences. Familiarity with distributor supply chain process & strong customer networks and experience in mechanical factory is an advantage.
3. Fluent in Mandarin & English (both verbal & written).
4. Strong skills in communication, coordination & planning, social and negotiation.
5. Able to work under pressure.
6. Available to travel often.
7. Professional appearance.
8. Experience in multinational companies (eg. International Oil Company) as a sales peon at similar position would be an added advantage.

c) 搜集整理市场信息
7. 提交市场数据、分析、建议及报告
8. 确保公司内外部顺畅的合作发展关系
职位要求:
1. 大专以上学历,机械类或润滑油专业优先考虑。
2. 至少3年以上工业润滑油油品销售经验,熟悉工业油润滑油市场,有一定的社会关系及客户网络,具备大型机械厂工作经验优先考虑。
3.普通话,英语听说读写标准流利。
4. 优秀的组织、沟通、策划、社交、谈判技巧。
5. 能承受较强压力。
6. 能适应经常出差。
7. 外形气质佳。
8. 具有跨国公司(国际石油公司)销售或相同职位经验者优先考虑。
