Position 1: Key Account Manager,South China
(欧洲知名造纸企业,base在广东省,英文口语流利,负责华南大区,熟悉纸浆产品销售)
POSITION SUMMARY:
The job holder is respoible for meeting sales revenue and profitability goals for the region, building customer relatiohips, executing product releases, and managing regional inventory. And this role will be also required to support cross boundary sales efforts for Strategic and Multi-national sales accounts.
DUTIES AND RESPOIBILITIES:
?Promote and sell all products throughout the country/ sales region. Achieve revenue and profit targets.
?Promote and sell all new products. Achieve revenue and penetration targets.
?Take active lead in top/ key account strategies and all custome in assigned territory.
?Support sales outside of territory for multi plant and multi-national companies.
?Monitor and report all customer and competitive data.
?Work with strategic accounts either as a primary leader or in support.
?Work closely, week to week, with distribution operatio, product planning and inventory management peonnel.
?Manage the country sales organization by 1) supporting their career growth needs, 2) helping define and achieve their annual goals, and 3) supporting and communicating their needs within the organization.
?Develop annual sales plan for territory.
?Plan and work to budget
?Growth and recognize the team and talents plan.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
?10+ year’s professional sales experience, especially in direct packaging sales background experience is preferable.
?Univeity graduate in sales or business administration or in any engineering discipline.
?Advanced degree in business administration & marketing is preferable
?Good command of verbal and written English
?Strong Sales/Commercial People with a proven track record in Key Account Manager
?Have strategic commercial thinking and leadehip skills
?Able to solve the relate to both technical and commercial matte comfortably
?Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint and Word software
SUPERVISORY RESPOIBILITY:
?5+ yea of direct sales management experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIO:
?General office environment
?50%-75% travel to visit customer accounts.
Position 2 : Segment Manager(Based in Shanghai, Fluent English, familiar with the package ,and food & beverage industry BD)
Job Description:
Develop product offerings to support sales targets in respoible segment areas.
Manage and improve the profitability in respoible segment areas through the product management and target pricing setting.
Improve the UPM Raflatac’s branding in respoible segment industrials.
Key Tasks:
Measured targets: Segments Business Plan Fulfillment, Added Value development
Management of segment business
Product development & launching
Product range & service offer development & management
Product withdrawing and product lifecycle management
Product costing & profitability analysis
Target price setting
Product marketing & input for marketing communication
Internal & external product promotion
Customebrand owner support
Frequent travelling needed including to Changshu factory.
Works according to company regulatio and according to the ISO procedures
