Job Respoibility:

-Follow up in-plant stamping parts development progress, etc, technical confirmation on design change and follow up.

-Respoible for full operation simulation for key parts.

-Check stamping part’s process method, die design, and follow up development progress of die, analyze OTS quality and propose solution.

-Follow up die manufacture, try-out and improve the quality and so on. Finish the related file.

-Cotruction of relative technical documents, e.g. BOM, part standards, part measure report and so on.

-Alarming the risk of the out-plant stamping component development regarding cost, quality, progress, tooling, etc. Support and organize supplier to take effective action plan to eliminate risks.

-Follow up die try-out, off line and on line assembly quality in OEM plant, propose technical solution and action plan.

Qualification:

-Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Material Engineering.

-Thorough knowledge of engineering techniques associated with in-plant stamping component and system development, 5 yea experience above.

-Experience from mechanical design and manufacturing with knowledge in stamping processes, relative regulation and standards.

-Thorough knowledge of CATIA AUTOFORM.

-Owner of good communication, coordination, team spirit.

-Skills in computer programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
