JOB TITLE: Restraint system SQA engineer ( 约束系统 SQA 工程师)

DEPARTMENT: IS VQ

REPORTS TO: SQA group leader （SQA 主管）

Location ：Wuhan / Chengdu

Job Respoibility:

1. Pilot restraint system components development progress, e.g. airbag, safety belt, steering wheel and etc. ,

technical confirmation on design change and follow up.

牵头约束系统件及装配件的开发过程及进度，如 安全气囊、安全带、方向盘 等约束系统相关零件，对

设计变更内容进行确认和跟踪管理

2. Analyze and confirm product definition, technical specification, RPS and tolerance, manufacturing

process, etc, prepare supplier RFQ file.

分析与确认零件的产品定义、技术任务书、制造工艺、定位信息与零件公差表等，创建供应商咨询

文件。

3. Audit supplier technical proposal, and lead supplier development conformity with OEM’s requirement.

审核供应商的技术方案，牵头供应商保证零件开发的符合性。

4. Follow up component development progress, analyze sample parts quality and propose solution.

零件开发过程跟踪、试制跟踪、工装样件质量问题分析与确认。

5. Participate supplier evaluation according to OEM’s localization procedure.

按照 OEM 国产化流程，参与国产化厂家的评价.

6. Check 3D, 2D, technical specification，follow up restraint system localization components validation

test, support technical of material, cost reduction, technical solution, and DV test.

审查零件图纸信息、约束系统零件技术条件，跟踪完成约束系统范围零部件的国产化试验及认可工

作，技术支持材料成本优化，方案制定，试验验证；

7. Cotruction of relative technical documents, e.g. BOM, standards, product validation plan, key product

and process characteristic.

编制相关技术资料，如零部件明细表、产品标准等，编制相关的试验大纲、产品工艺特性.

8. Alarming the risk of the restraint system components development regarding cost, quality, progress,

tooling, etc. Support and organize supplier to take effective action plan to eliminate risks.

针对约束系统零件出现的成本、质量、模具、进度风险进行早期预警，组织制定合理、有效的措施

规避项目风险

9. Follow up off line and on line assembly quality in OEM plant, propose technical solution and action plan.

跟踪 OEM 工厂线外、线上预批量质量，提出技术方案与行动计划

Qualification:

职位要求：

1. Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

车辆工程、机械设计等相关专业，本科以上学历；

2. Having 3~5 yea’ experience in passive safety system, know about restraint system development procedure and

relative national vehicle crash regulation and CNCAP, also know about the manufacture process of airbag, safety belt,

and steering wheel, etc.

有 3~5 年汽车被动安全约束系统的开发经验，了解被动安全约束系统的开发流程，对国家汽车碰撞法规和

CNCAP 的相关要求、对气囊、安全带、方向盘的生产工艺有一定了解.

3. Experience of mechanical design and manufacturing with knowledge in injection，forming, machining

processes, relative regulation and standards.

熟悉约束系统零件设计、制造成型工艺及相关法规标准；

4. Thorough knowledge of CATIA.

熟练使用 CATIA等三维设计软件；

5. Owner of good communication, coordination, team spirit.

具备较好的沟通能力、协调能力，团队合作精神；

6. Skills in computer programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

熟练使用 Office 办公软件；

7. Be familiar with quality system TS16949 and PPAP

熟悉质量体系 TS16949 及 PPAP 过程
