JOB TITLE: Engineer – Wiring Harness

DEPARTMENT: Electric / Electronics

REPORTS TO: Group leader

Objectives of the Job:

1.With the request of the Group leader or Module Leader, execute & fulfill the part design & development independently,

2.Eure on time delivery of the deliverables with high quality and customer satisfaction.

3.Help the new team membe to get integrated into the organization.

Main Duties:

1.Collect and analyze technical requirements from customer eg design manual.

2.Automotive wiring harness system definition, analysis and design.

3.Eure harness routing and packaging is complying with customer requirements.

4.Wiring harness/electrical centeconnection system design and analyze electrical system load, design circuit.

5.Problem trouble-shooting and implement corrective actio during doing lab car, vehicle testing and vehicle building.

6.Participating in Value Add/Value Effectiveness (VA/VE) workshops.

7.Follow up wiring harness 3D development process, support and coordinate relative jobs for geometrical integration and design of wiring systems.

8.Generate preliminary harness drawings (mark-up drawings) from 3D data.

Qualification:

1.Bachelor degrees or above, E/E, automotive, or related areas

2.Good knowledge of automotive electrical system, control function, seo and actuato.

3.Good knowledge of vehicle development process.

4.Have the ability of designing and analyzing wiring harness system(2D drawing, 3D drawing)

5.Be familiar with the components used in wiring harness system (bracket, connector, gromet, etc...)

6.Proficiency on the computer and engineering development applicatio for wiring harness system design (CATIA, AutoCAD, etc...)

7.Acquainted with the APQP, TS16949 or product development process

8.Have the ability of diagnosing and troubleshooting wiring harness system issues.

9.At least 2 yea working experience in automotive wiring harness areas.

10.Good English language skills: read, write, listen and speak.

11.Self-motivation, open mind, good communication skills.
