Process Engineer (Shenyang)

We are the leading European automotive supplier of power supply solutio for premium car manufacturer like BMW, Benz and many othe, with over 3000 employees and headquarte in Vienna. Most of our technologies have been developed in our own R&D center in Europe. In Shenyang we currently setting up our headquarte for China, as our business in Asia is expanding rapidly. Operatio will start beginning of 2016 with the production for the new BMW 5 series.

We look for a highly motivated Process Engineer. In this function you will report to the Engineering Manager.

Respoibilities:

?In charge of setting up a Zero Defect Quality production process.

?Respoible for specification, set up and sign of for all equipment’s.

?Plant layout, capacity planning and workflow planning.

?Set up and implementation of Engineering related documentatio such as Work itructio.

?Close cooperation with colleagues in Europe.

?Develop good relatiohips to custome and supplie.

?Continuous improvement of engineering related processes.

Requirements:

1.Peonality & Motivation

oChinese native speaker with oral and written English.

oSelf-motivated, hands on, problem solving and with integrity.

oBachelor degree.

o(local candidates preferred).

2.Experiences

oExperienced to work with foreign invested automotive company.

oIndustrialization, process engineering or manufacturing engineering in semi-automated production environment.

oExperienced with Poka Yoke and Zero Defect Quality.

oHands-on experience with setting up semi-automatic production lines.

oExperience in cable & harness or electric automotive products is a plus.

oExperience in electrical engineering or electronics is a plus.
