Description
As a Process Control Systems Manager, you will be respoible for managing a quality team in implementing and driving quality and process control systems and practices across Xi’an back end manufacturing. In addition, you will work with business partne and key stakeholde to develop strategies for continuous improvement in quality and process controls. You will also participate in global efforts to standardize and share control solutio and optimize the effectiveness of existing process controls.
Respoibilities
Strategic Site Respoibilities
1.Respoible for site compliance to SPC, FMEA, MSA, Change Management, and QMS Business Processes and ISO/TS 16949 automotive requirements.
2.Build and lead a site quality team that will drive site focus on reducing variation and deviatio that impact product quality.
3.Drive projects and business processes that will reduce overall process and equipment variation.
4.Work with Global Quality, Central Engineering, Process Engineering, Product Engineering, and other areas to develop a Best in Class Quality Culture
5.Promote continuous improvement programs
6.Work with subject matter experts to identify business process gaps and Best Known Methods (BKMs) to address.
7.Identify, manage and monitor key quality performance indicato (KPIs) for the department and the overall site.Eure that appropriate metrics are set and tracked for each area.
8.Develop goals and drive action pla to meet those goals
9.Establish methodsystems to eure timely & effective detection of deviatio.
10.Implement, promote and utilize effective problem solving tools and techniques to drive closure on deviatio.
11.Provide support for customer related activities (i.e. audits, visits, presentatio, reports, requests etc.)
12.Support strategic vision and quality program/project management Initiatives
Manage and Lead Quality Team
1.Develop, mentor and lead team membe. Provide a work environment that empowe employees to creatively improve their work environment, itills a see of ownehip, and supports a team effort.
2.Advocate Quality culture
3.Provide documented performance management for all direct reports with formal and informal feedback, work on a plan jointly to enhance strengths and address weaknesses, and establish performance plan goals with line of sight to IPP goals, MFG initiatives and company strategic objectives.
4.Identify, develop, and implement department initiatives that drive benchmark culture
5.Eure training objectives and peonal training profiles are well defined and progress is managed to target expectatio.
6.Participate in efforts related to alignment and collaboration of Quality organizatio in the Back end network
7.Attract top talent to the group to meet operational objectives
Requirements
1.Previous experience in Quality, Process or Product engineering (preferred).
2.Management/Leadehip experience.
3.An in-depth undetanding of process flows, controls and interactio, and how process changes and defect mechanisms can affect yield, performance, and reliability.
4.A solid undetanding of SPC, FMEA, Measurement Systems Analysis, Change Management and QMS business processes.
5.Strong data analysis and data interpretation skills.
6.Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
7.Self-motivated and people oriented: have strong peuasive and diplomatic communication skills
8.Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9.Good multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
10.Good undetanding of Micron’s Quality Policy.
11.Able and willing to travel
Education:
BS in Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, or other related technical fields is required.
