职位描述:
1. Financial Cost Controlling and Reporting:
1) Weekly cost analysis and cost controlling meeting, to follow up with operational team for cost saving projects;
2) Support the audit and internal control on cost controlling process for business profit;
3) Prepare cost controlling reports and keep in tight communicate with other plant and global finance team, to adopt best practise.
2. Financial plan and forecasting:
1) Annual budgeting and business planning, mainly focus on P+L, cost reduction;
2) Improve profitability analysis by product / by customer.
3. Business partnehip:
1) Assist finance manager to achieve operational financial results through various analysis and simulatio;
2) Build up and maintain competitive cost controlling team to support business growth.
4. People development:
1) Improve team member communication effectiveness within operational team, Nemak Global and other sites;
2) Improve analysis ability through workshop/training.
5. Compliance and control:
1) Set up and enhance effective process and controls to comply with local laws and Alfa/Nemak policies/practices;
2) Alfa audit and SOX compliance audit;
