Technically supports sales to acquire Electronics business. Independently initiate new custome and promote Hella products

Define customer design projects with support of product manage and Design Manage.

Successful lead a cross function team to execute design projects on cost, on time and on quality according to Hella Procedure;

Timely report project statues in project review meeting both with management and with custome

Carrying out project controlling in the form of reviews (concluding and interim reports) with project spoo on the basis of agreed quality, cost and timing targets and find solutio for any deviatio.

Coach Project enginee to accomplish application projects management.

You harmonize and define the technical requirements with the customer in the form of defined project descriptio.

You are respoible for the agreeing of targets with regard to quality, costs and deadlines with the client using existing methods by arrangement with the relevant or superior departments.

You plan internal and external capacities, involve in appointing the team membe taking account of the individual potentials and competences and assign the work packages.

You assure the systematic relatiohip with internal and external clients and special departments to be involved.

You make make-or-buy decisio in the context of the project (operating equipment, investments etc.) in cooperation with the project team or project purchasing by arrangement with the superior.

Qualificatio (education level, experience / background requirement, key soft skills)

Professional PC experience (MS office, Lotus Notes, Internet)

Proficient in English.

Strong business development mindset

Engineering education background in electronics

Familiar with automotive products development process like APQP and PPAP and Quality standards like QS9000, TS16949;

At least 2 yea project management experience in automotive industry and good knowledge for economics;

Good communication skill with customer, good presentation and negotiation skills.

Knowledge in the area of process planning and team management
