2. Fix moulding parameter for new tools from external supplie.

3. Make testing for new tools from external supplie. Finish small quantity sample order.

4. Support moulding issue at external moulding supports.

5. Support moulding process optimisation and adjustment.

Main respoibilities

1. Make test running for new tools, make final moulding paramete. Identify part and moulding issue.

2. Make improve proposal for part and tooling from moulding side.

3. Prepare moulding process document. Continue to improve.

4. Respoible for the machine maintenance planning. To eure the maintenance planning.

5. Eure the safety, cleaning and efficient. Improve the machine utilisation.

6. Other temporary task about moulding process.

Key qualificatio

1. College in plastic or tooling. more than 5 yea for precision moulding process experience.

2. Excellent processional knowledge on moulding technology. Be familiar with plastic part tolerance.

3. Excellent moulding process analysis and solution ability.

4. Good professional ethics, good secrecy and work respoible see.
