Main respoibilities

1. Local Technical support for External-Asian supplie (Quality – Design issues, Clarificatio, suggestio) in coordination with Central Supplier Management – Tool Technology, On site when required

2. Participates in design reviews and quotation phases when required by Central Supplier Management

3. Participates in the process of the supplier selection, as well as new business award.

4. Maintain a global overview of the tools in progress. Escalate potential issues in terms of supplier’s workload, deviatio to timings, etc.

5. Coordinate with Central Supplier Management – Tool Technology

Key qualificatio

1. More than 3 yea similar work back group for precision tooling. 2 yea for injection tool design back group.

2. Project Management, Multi-task Management, Automotive standards (PPAP, FMEA, etc)

3. Excellent communication skill. Good at coordinating different team's view

4. Excellent tooling project management skill. (Tooling process, planning, risk analysis and problem solving skill.

5. Good professional knowledge on tooling design and molding technology. At least be familiar with one of Catia, UG NX or Pro-E etc. Be familiar plastic part tolerance.

6. Good cost control see

7. Bachelor degree in machinery, plastic or tooling. At minimum college degree with enough working back group and experience in injection tooling area.

8. Good English skill, able to communicate with foreign colleagues.

Remark: This position require business trip, but working location is in Shanghai.
