1, Single contact to Ford China plants for all issue and customer requirement, communicate with Ford;

2, Report problems and concer per occurrence;

3, Analyze the complaints to determine respoibility;

4, Assist in setting up of rework procedures;

5 Review the rejected parts to eliminate unnecessary charges and PPM agait Preh.

Key Qualificatio:

Experience: Over 3 yea Automotive industry experience

Knowledge and Skills:

1, Familiarity with Automotive Quality System;

2, Familiar with Ford requirement.

Education: Bachelor or above degree，Mechanical . Electrical background

Language: Good presentation skills and communication skills, oral English and reading;
