Summary of duties 职责综述：

1、Build up testing and prototype team; Respoible for capacities in the team and extending capacities. 建立测试和样件团队，负责团队能力建设和扩展

2、Build up competence of testing and prototype, include components and vehicles; 建立测试和样件的能力，包含零部件和整车；

3、Plan and build up tests rigs and prototyping workshop; Respoible for testing and prototype facility build up and extending; 计划和建立测试台架和样件车间， 负责测试和样件设施的建立和扩展

4、Manage testing and prototype team membe; 管理试和样件团队

5、Management of the testing & prototype activities(test rig planning and utilization, prototype deliverables);管理测试和样件任务(测试台架计划和运行效率，样件的交付)

6、Task assignment to the team membe, preparation and performing measurements and tests on components, system and vehicle; 下发任务到团队，准备和实施对零部件，系统和整车的测量和测试

7、Leading creation of testing and prototype procedures and work itructio; 领导测试和样件的流程和指导书的创建

8、Leading communication with EU testing team; 领导与欧洲测试团队的沟通

任职要求Requirements：

1、In-depth experience (> 8 yea) in dealing with gearbox testing in the automotive industry; 大于8年在汽车变速箱测试经验

2、Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or automotive engineering 大学本科以上，机械或者汽车工程

3、Familiar with Testing equipments (e.g. Test benches, measurement equipment, …), familiar with evaluation of gearbox systems on bench and vehicles, familiar with tramission systems and design 熟悉测试设备（比如测试台架，测量设备），熟悉变速箱系统的台架和整车试验， 熟悉变速箱系统和设计

4、Good leadehip skill to manage testing and prototype team; 良好的领导力来管理测试和样件团队

5、Automotive engineering know how, components, system and vehicle testing experiences for gearbox; 汽车行业变速箱零部件，系统和整车测试知识

6、Good communication and coordination skill; 良好的沟通和协调能力

7、Good English language; 良好的英语能力
