Respoibilities of company Development and employee relatio
1)Training
a.Analyzes self knowledge and skills, propose self-annual training needs based on the Performance Appraisal Result.
2)Performance Management
a.Follows all procedures associated with the Comapny Performance Management Program, manages own performance to eure on going improvement.
3)Career Development
a.Is encouraged to actively develop own career by obtaining the most up to date knowledge and skills.
4)Employee Relatio
a)Maintai amiable, respectful working relatiohips with co-worke both iide and outside the
Department.
b) Department supervisio activities
-Establish the day-to-day climate of mutual respect and trust needed to maintain healthy employee-management relatio.
-Coistently apply the terms of the employment agreement.
-Eure that the company’s grievance process is functioning in a manner coistent with the employment agreement and make final decisio on grievances after investigating activity.
- Work with HR and Quality Manager in negotiating the collective bargaining agreement.
Functional Job Activities (Please specify the percentage of each activity):
Activity 1: Quality issues handling on field
Goal: have a good handling on the quality issues on customer site
1.When there is any product quality concern or service concern raised from customer, necessary react action should be taken on time to deal with the issues.
2.Coordinate quality issues between customer and internal team, feed back to plant on any customer issues and concer.
3.Coordinating product problem solving by using tools of 8D, and timely validation the corrective actio8D on customer site.
4.Coordinate COMPANY internal finish quality analyses report for reply customer if necessary, explain and follow up any further issue raised by customer.
5.Review and confirm the PD (product discrepancy) status on customer site.
6.Provide technical assistance to customer if customer has any leather quality issue with its upper customer or OEM.
Activity 2: Build customer relation
Goal: To eure a good relation with customer
1.Visit customer periodically, communicates to the customer quality or relevant department.
2.Undetand and meet customer quality requirements and expectatio.
3.Coordinate & provide training to the customer to let them better undetand our product and prevent unnecessary and unreasonable rejection.
4.Report customer quality performance and trend, and make sure the long-term improvement.
Respoibilities of Quality System:
Is familiar with the company’s quality procedures, strictly follows the company’s quality system of TS 16949 and Formel Q
3C Respoibilities:
Assist in internal 3C system establishing
EMS Respoibilities:
Be familiar with the company’s environmental procedures, strictly follows the company’s EMS of ISO14000.
D-TLD Characteristic:
Be familiar with D-TLD characteristic
Health & Safety:
Complies with the company’s SHE manual
Confidentiality Respoibilities:
High confidentiality concer for the seitive document or information handled for Company.
Compliance with Employee Confidentiality Agreement.
Reporting Respoibilities:
Daily report on customer product quality issues/ PPM
Periodly report on customer product quality PPM
Periodly report on customer scorecard
Qualificatio:
1- College or above, majored in engineering
2 - Minimum 3-yea working experience on Automotive industry, QC experience is preferred
3 - Well undetanding about TS16949/QS9000/VDA6.1, knowledge on APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA、SPC is preferred
4 - Good command of English in both spoken and written
5 - Good communication skills and interpeonal skills
6 - Ability to work independently and under pressure.
7 Pass internal color test and vision test.
