Job Description: Represent AiChina and Aichina JVs as commercial interface to Japanese Customer in China. Significantly grow the book of business with specific custome. Lead custome platform across different China JVs to eure Aichina strategy and process implemented.

Main Purpose: Manage and coolidate for China custome sales (Customer strategy, customer satisfaction, acquisition,sales)
Key management priorities:
1. Build a strong sales organization in China to support our growth
2. Build and deploy the strategy in China
3. Support China operation in Sales and Program activities
Specific Respoibilities
Customer Strategy
? Prepare once a year with his/her team the customer strategy and the Strategic Account Planning
ü Study the market evolution: Customer, competitor, environment
ü Defines Strategy in China
ü Manage the development of relatiohip with China custome
? Deploys, after validation through the Division Management, the strategy within his/her team and the other operational units of the Product Line(operatio,development,international development)
? Monito and follows-up all activities for China customer iide and outside of China(Development of Japanese custome)
Customer Satisfaction
? In charge of all the aspects of customer satisfaction
? Relays all customer request and feed back within the organization
? Defines, Monito the progress action plan and reports towards the customer on its progress
Sales/Acquisition
? Eure early launch of Acquisitio, directly monito the Acquistion process within the Asia Division
? Reviews the commercial strategy and the contractualization within the Acquistion Process, gets appropriate validation at Division level
? Follows the main activities of the sales team and checks that the processes(Acquisition, Price Management,..)are rigorously applies. Review with the Sales Team the progress of the Sales activities with focus on Acquisition, Program(Sales of ECR),Serial Life(productivity, overdues,claims)
? Reviews with the Sales Team any extraordinary issue such as Claims to be submitted to Customer
Managment
? Defines the activities of his/her team and monito the priorities
? Makes sure that the required resources in the organization, especially for programs are available in due time. If no, monito direct action towards the related units and escalates the issue to Product Line Managment
? Defines the objectives to be achieved for the next period
? Follows-up the progress of the activity, organises regular activity review internally
? Intervene at customer management level in case of any problem uolved directly by the operational teams in charge
