Serves as the primary interface between Univeal and assigned key account in China. Creates, communicates, and executes strategies to engage various groups. Provide leadehip and coordination to multiple on-site program manage in China. Eures delivery of successful programs that lead to adoption of Univeal solutio for volume production. The measurement of his (her) success is on-time and on-spec delivery of program success.

Principal Accountabilities:

?Develop execution strategy for program success in China.

?In-depth engagement with key account in China organization for multi-year roadmap alignment.

?Provide analysis and recommendation on staffing, and other resource investment allocation.

?Provide leadehip and management oveight for multiple customer programs in China.

?Maintain cotant communication channels with key membe of China team of assigned Key account.

?Maintain cotant communication channels with UIC’s HQ product teams, and senior management, as well as regional management.

?Assist key account sales in US to deliver revenue and revenue growth objectives.

?Respoible for proper staffing and high-level balancing and prioritization for multiple programs.

?Guide the local PM’s for best practices, work efficiency.

?Participate in training, developing, recruiting key membe of the program teams.

?Provide regular reports to Company’s executive team, as well to senior level of assigned custome.

Minimum Requirements:

?Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related formal college education or similar job-relevant major.

?Ten yea of industry experience in applicatio engineering development and program management of delivering automated machinery solutio in assembly and/or test of advanced electronics packaging.

?Must have been field based with direct customer interface respoibilities.

?Bilingual Chinese and English is a requirement. Must have past experiences working with MNC in China (including Taiwan) market.

?A thorough undetanding of capabilities of Univeal’s products and processes and ability to align them with customer requirements.

?Business acumen and even-keeled negotiator. Be able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment. Ability to work through chaos. Be able to mediate conflicts. Analytical, out of box and pragmatic problem-solver.

?Track records of leading multiple mission-critical programs simultaneously.

?Good listener and a good communicator with a wide spectrum of audience from enginee, manage, and executives.

?Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to create and deliver presentatio to custome, colleagues, and executives.

Travel:

Minimum 50% travel within China, and occasional travel to company’s headquarte in NY, USA.
