Position Highlights
Identifies and develops new customer accounts, develops and supports existing accounts within assigned territory. Prepares customer proposals, makes sales presentatio, eures that UIC products and services match customer specificatio, and coordinates after sale support services.
This position reports directly to Key Accounts Director, Asia. The position will be based in Shenzhen.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Identifies and develops new accounts, develops and supports existing accounts within the assigned territory.
2. Diagnoses customer needs and works with Product Divisio and other Univeal Sales Enginee to develop solutio that demotrate Univeal's capability to meet those needs. Prepares customer proposals, quotes, presentatio, RFQ's and reports. Obtai Product Division and Engineering technical support to meet special customer requirements.
3. Arranges and accompanies custome on visits to Univeal and existing customer facilities to demotrate Univeal equipment and systems.
4. Works with Product Divisio and Manufacturing Support peonnel to eure contract review process is completed, clearly defining customer equipment and delivery requirements and Univeal's commitments to the customer.
5. Works with Product Training, Field Engineering and Product Divisio to schedule customer training, equipment acceptances, itallation to schedule customer training, equipment acceptances, itallation services, and after sales technical support requirements.
6. Monito customer satisfaction levels and resolves issues with the appropriate Univeal peonnel and through use of the corporate Total Quality Program.
7. Gathe and reports industry, market and competitive data to the Product Divisio.
8. Supports Marketing Committee for activities such as trade show and seminar.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Technical background.
2. Strong English both verbal and written communicatio.
3. Marketingales experience in technical sales.
4. Experience of 5 yea and more in automation or machine sales in the electronics industry or automotive Industry.
5. Good contacts in the Automotive/automatioMT Industry.
6. Knowledge about China market.
7. Hungry for business and should be a go getter peon.
