Respoibilities:
1. Follow up the order, purchase, delivery, payment collection and claims, and all the related tasks
跟踪订单,采购,出货,收款,客诉等相关事物
2. Keep effective communication with distributo, direct key account custome in APAC
与亚太区的经销商以及大客户保持有效的沟通
3. Coordinate and support exhibition and event
支持展览展会以及大型活动
4. Make sales reports & analysis regularly
定期整理销售报表及分析
5. Other jobs assigned by line manager
部门主管交代的其他工作
Requirement:
1.Familiar with the whole process of order management and have communication skills with client.
熟悉订单管理的整个流程,具有与客户沟通的技巧
2.Good in Spoken and Written English. Familiar with Office software. Can do data analysis with Excel.
英语听说良好,熟练应用office 软件,能用excel做数据分析
3. Can work under pressure能承受压力
4. Strong coordination and cooperation mind 强烈的合作意识
5. Bachelor degree or above 本科学历以上
6. Related working experience in sales coordinator or sales support is a plus.
