主要职责:
-根据预算和经营计划来计划,组织和协调销售活动以达成销售目标,对销售结果负责
-组建并带领一支高绩效团队,优化团队结构,指导销售代表以达成设定目标
-提出合理并具有激励性的销售政策
-建立一个牢固的当地分销网络并维持很好的合作伙伴关系
任职资格:
-正直,诚实并具有高度责任心,精通英语者优先考虑
-工作积极主动,结果导向
-对零售业务具有全面的知识与丰富的经验,至少3年以上成绩显著的植物相关品销售经验
-至少5年以上管理岗位经验,具有较强的领导能力
-客户导向,具有较强的人际交往能力
-良好的分析性思维,***,具有较强的学习能力
-外形良好,举止专业
-本科以上学历
-愿意经常性出差
Job Description
Title: Sales Director – Retail
Reporting to: General Manager
Main Respoibilities:
-Plan, organize and coordinate sales activities to achieve the targets as set in the budget and business plan and be respoible for sales results.
-Develop and lead a high performing team, optimize the team structure, coach sales representatives to achieve set targets.
-Suggest reasonable and incentive sales policies.
-Establish a solid network of local distribution partne and maintain high level relatiohip with them.
Qualificatio:
-Integrity and highly respoible, proficiency in English is preferred.
-Initiative and result-driven.
-Good knowledge and experiences of retail selling, at least 3 yea’ progressive experience in plant related selling.
-Strong leadehip with minimum 5 yea’ experience in management positio.
-Customer oriented with strong interpeonal skills.
-Good analytical mind and open minded with strong ability to learn.
-Good appearance and professional manner.
-Bachelor above.
-Willing to travel frequently.
