岗位职责 Post respoibility

—Respoible for the market research of functional chemicals (additives) in the coatings industry, and put forward suggestio for product optimization and R & d;

—负责涂料行业的功能化学品（助剂类）的市场研究，并提出产品优化和研发建议；

—Respoible for the market research of functional chemicals (additives) in the coatings industry, writing feasibility reports, and estimating and analyzing the benefits of the products;

—负责涂料行业的功能化学品（助剂类）的市场调研，撰写可行性报告，并对产品进行效益测算及分析；

—Respoible for the testing of the functional chemicals (additives) in the coating industry, and put forward suggestio for improvement;

—负责负责涂料行业的功能化学品（助剂类）投放市场的测试工作，并提出改进意见；

—Respoible for product dowizing, product line carding, new product application and traformation of organization work;

—负责产品缩编、产品线梳理、新产品应用和转化组织工作；

—Assist new product development, evaluation and development;

—协助新产品立项、开发及评估工作；

—Assist sales peonnel to carry out sales work, provide product application support and training work;

—协助销售人员开展销售工作，提供产品应用支持和培训工作；

—Complete other important matte arranged by the company.

—完成公司安排的其他重要事宜。

任职资格 Qualification

—College degree or above, chemistry related major;

—大专及以上学历，化学类相关专业；

—At least 5 yea of relevant work experience, 2 yea or more experience in coating industry R & D, application, technical services, operation or sales and other related work experience;

—5年及以上相关工作经验，2年及以上的涂料行业助剂研发、应用技术服务、运营或销售等相关工作经验；

—Familiar with fine chemical knowledge and industry trends, familiar with the performance and application of coating functional chemicals;

—熟悉精细化工知识和行业动态，熟悉涂料功能化学品的性能和应用领域；

—Strong organization and coordination, communication ability and analytical problem solving problem;

—较强的组织与协调、沟通能力及分析问题解决问题；

—Have a certain ability to express words.

—具有一定的文字表达能力。
