Job description 职位描述：

—Under the leadehip of customer service manager, do a good job in the sales and marketing services of the company's products;

—在客服经理的领导下，做好公司产品消泡剂的各项销售服务工作；

—Respoible for the sales process of the letter (letter, call) processing, do a good job of communication, and properly keep the relevant documents, materials;

—负责销售过程的信函（来函、来电）的处理，做好沟通工作，妥善保管相关文件、材料；

—Timely home trade sales work completion (shipping, receiving records, monthly statistics, and in conjunction with the finance, warehouse check the month sales) and submitted to the customer service manager.

—及时做好国内贸易部销售工作完成情况的统计（发货、收款记录、月报，并会同财务、仓库核对的当月销售情况），并提交客服经理；

—According to the shipping list, prepare the weekly report and monthly report;

—根据发货清单，编制产品发货周报表和月报表；

—Do the daily delivery of statistics and accounting of accounts receivable should be registered;

—做好每日发货统计和应收帐款的登记核算；

—Awer customer phone complaints, record the contents of the complaint, and urge the relevant departments to deal with as soon as possible, and track the results of the processing and customer call back, record the customer's comments, suggestio;

—接听客户电话投诉、记录投诉内容、督促相关部门尽快处理，并跟踪处理结果和对客户进行电话回访，记录客户的意见、建议；

—Strict compliance with the company's confidentiality provisio, properly manage the information related to business secrets;

—严格遵守公司的保密规定，妥善管理与商业机密相关的资料；

—Completion of other temporary tasks assigned by the leadehip.

—完成领导交办的其他临时性工作任务。

Job requirements 岗位要求:

—College degree or above, major in marketing, logistics management or related;

—市场营销、物流管理类相关专业大专及以上学历；

—2 yea or above working experience in related position;

—2年以上相关职位工作经验；

—Highly efficient work plan;

—具备高效的工作计划性；

—Strong communication, coordination and analysis, strain capacity, strong see of service.

—较强的沟通、协调以及分析、应变能力，较强的服务意识。
