Recruit for LAPINUS FIBRES business unit under Rockwool Group

Job respoibilities：

1.Drawing up a sales plan within assigned region and realizing it after approval.

制定销售计划并展开销售工作实现目标;

2.Contributing to KA management strategies and realization.

对大客户管理战略及其实现做出贡献；

3.Developing and maintaining a good relatiohip and network with potential or existing custome.

拓展和维护与现有客户以及潜在客户的良好关系;

4.Supporting existing and new custome on technical aspects related to the use of products.

给现有客户和新客户提供关于产品的技术支持；

5.Following up and operating custome’ orde related procedure to eure timely and continuous supply to custome.

跟踪及操作订单相关流程以保证给客户提供及时连续供应;

6.Performing market trend and competitor analysis as input for the research activities for custome in China;

及时分析调查行业趋势、竞争对手的情况，为中国的客户提供相关支持；

7.Creating development projects based on these market demands in close cooperation with Lapinus Application Development Centre in the Netherlands;

根据市场反馈信息以及需求状况制定研发项目，与Lapinus荷兰应用发展中心紧密合作；

8.Responding appropriately and effectively towards customer as well as internal organization.

及时得当有效地处理客户及公司内部事宜;

9.Performing other works arranged by superior and company.

胜任公司及上级安排的其他工作任务。

Qualification requirements:

1.A bachelor / college diploma.

本科或大专学历

2.Minimum two yea of experience in friction materials or other industries; High motivation of sales job.

至少两年工作经验，从事摩擦材料或者其他行业，高度热爱销售。

3.Experience with MS Office applicatio (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

熟悉办公室软件Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook等操作。

4.Willing to travel approx. 30 – 40% of the working time.

乐于接受30%-40%的出差时间。

5.A self-employed and pro-active attitude. Be honest, respoible, efficient, passionate, and entrepreneurial according to Rockwool Values.
