Job respoibilities 工作职责

1.According to the company's market development and sales strategy, working in the designated area or business market within the scope of the sales and promotion.按公司的市场发展及销售策略，完成在指定市场领域或业务范围内的销售及推广工作。

2.Assist to develop the sales target, sales strategy staffing and a budget.协助指定销售目标、销售策略、人员编制及开销预算。

3.Organize the sales operation, regular follow-up and review the project progress.组织销售运作，定期跟进及检讨项目进度。

4.Keep good relatiohip in the custome.负责管理及服务关键客户并与主要客户维持良好关系。

5.Participate in major sales project/contract pricing and negotiation, evaluation and control commercial and technical risk.参与主要销售项目、合同的定价及谈判，评估及控制商业及技术风险。

6.Promote the money collecting, credit risk management, avoid bad debts.促进资金回笼，管理信贷风险，避免呆坏账。

7.Promote sales team and departments both in communication and coordination.促进销售团队间及部门间的沟通和协调。

8.Report to the company and customer comments reflect and market development trend. 向公司反映和报告客户意见和市场发展趋势。

9.The regular rivals for analysis.定期对竞争对手进行分析。

Job requirement 岗位要求

1.College or degree or above.大学本科或以上学历

2.Up to 3 yea working experience in the sales field of industry products,especially the experience on commercial buildings or industry buildings are preference.累计有3年以上建筑产品的销售经验，有商业建筑和工业建筑相关产品销售经验的优先

3.Resource on related design ititute/ coultant company/ distributor resource is preference. 有当地相关设计院、管理公司、代理商资源的优先

4.Be independent operation experience on projects, especially operation experience on big and complocated projects.有独立操作项目经验，尤指有大型和复杂项目操作经验

5.Chinese speaker, can read/ write English mails. 中文流利，能阅读或书写英文邮件

6.Physical/ medical to meet our company's requirement and standard.身体健康，体检达到公司要求、标准

7.Good presentation and communication skill.良好的沟通表达能力

8.Optimistic and enterprising, hard work.乐观进取，刻苦耐劳

9.Be able to work under high pressures and take the respoibilities.能在压力下工作并承担责任
