Respoible for execution of sample development, costing and maintaining the development critical path tracker, also support Merchandising Manager in all production activities at the supplier and facility level. Work as part of the team to achieve annual Sales Targets, manage critical path to achieve timely delivery, in correct quantity & quality.

Key respoibilities:

- Support Merchandising Manager to achieve annual Sales Targets by presenting the very best product that the far east region has to offer

- Develop a good undetanding of supplie and open costing and manage the competitive product offering from the region

- Facilitate on time sample delivery, in the correct aesthetic quality and analyze relevant price quotes

- Work alongside UK Design, Buying teams to undetand customer needs eure that the supply base is able to deliver product innovation

- Drive adherence to the critical path across supplie and internal stakeholde. Escalate any nonadherence to the manager

- Travel to supplie and factory locatio to handover tech pack and resolve any development & production issue

- Eure Tech team are working with supplie and internal stakeholde to optimize the critical path from product brief to order confirmation

- Conduct capacity booking and monitoring on regular basis

- Drive adherence to the critical path across supplie and internal stakeholde in order to achieve the standards met and commercial decisio made as required. Escalate any nonadherence to the manager and resolve issue in the timely manner

- Manage critical path, tracking processes to meet company’s expectatio

- Hold supplier accountable to delivery agreements and determine when an alternative coue of action is required and lead the execution

- Monitor and report the capacity planning to safeguard the agreed delivery and identify any potential risk

- Alert proactively to manager high risk potential order problem to eure production on track

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree holder in any discipline

- Over 6 yea related merchandising experience, preferably having worked in a buying office

- Fluent in English and Mandarin

- Good computer knowledge

- Excellent communication, organizational and interpeonal skills

- Detail-oriented, respoible, self-motivated, independent and able to deal with multi-tasks under pressure and tight timeline
