Job Description and Respoibilities
1、 Leading the sales team to achieve sales objectives as set by management for the specific products in the assigned territory; Manage sales territory with general supervision and assistance;
2、 Undetand sales goals and assist CEO in establishing and applying business pla;
3、 Apply business unit marketing policies, procedures and pla, and proactively report all new or unusual pertinent market conditio to supervisor as well as product performance information;
4、 Maintain sales channels in the assigned territory and develop new channels independently;
5、 Represent business unit products and services to custome and prospect and provide appropriate sales support services to custome and distributo;
6、 Handel simple or moderate complaint independently and request itruction and assistance from superior in handling situatio which require either greater or different experience or knowledge;
7、 Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualificatio
1、 Bachelor’s degree or above,chemical background preferred
2、 6+ yea related working experience as business leader in electronics, appliance, automotive market.
3、 Solid knowledge of customer segments and their needs in the related market;
4、 Advanced communication skills, influencing skills and selling skills;
5、 Good time and territory management skill;
6、 Good problem solving ability
7、 Fair English communication skill both in written and oral;
