Job Summary:
The Account Executive will be respoible for dealing with clients on a daily basis; you will assess projects regarding their suitability as an online study, before providing a full pricing proposal. In meeting their objectives, the Account Executive will meet clients, develop proposals, manage clients and review deliverable prior to forwarding to client.
Roles/Respoibilities:
The role incorporates the following elements:
- Prioritise briefs received from the clients and effectively conducting the feasibility / pricing proposal within the agreed timescale
- Provide information and/or education to clients around the online research methodology and Lightspeed Research best practices and Research on Research
- Provide knowledge of Lightspeed Research panel and feasibility / pricing approach to clients and their project manage
- Provide suggestio and solutio to cotantly improve quality and turnaround of bids or administration processes
- Maintain the proposal database, compiling sales activity reports and coordinating bids from third party supplie
- Support Client Development & Sales efforts
- Additional task as assigned
Minimum Qualificatio:
- One year data collection experience, full service market research or on-line market research industry experience
- Commercial, Business, Marketing or IT degrees ideal
- Ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relatiohips. Successfully manages client expectatio
- Must work productively, have the ability to meet deadlines, and possess strong time management skills
- Experiences in dealing with multicultural / multinational clients and supplie in a regional / global role in MNEs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks whilst working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication (both oral and written), attention to detail and follow-up skills are essential
- Highly Numerate and analytical
- Adept with Microsoft: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and the Internet
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
