1. respoible for following up the R&D progress, gives feedback to the evolving design from production, quality and supply pepective and supports all supply chain activities.

2. leads a team coisting of R&D, Production, Quality and SCM to plan and setup robust production conditio. Co-ordination between the different functio in the Lead Factory and R&D project team. The PIM is respoible that the R&D project plan and the implementation schedule is aligned and permanently reviewed and adjusted.

3. follows up the zero series material from final supplie for type test. To make sure all the parts are properly released by the R&D function and negotiated and approved by SCM. Gives advice for the assessment of the limited sales release for pilot projects when the most critical type tests are successfully completed.

4. set up the process with checklists for SCM (release of parts and supplie) OpX&Q (release of zero series and fit pass yield). Prepare the final market introduction plan with production ramp-up volumes. And guarantee the ramp-up volume information be shared with feeder factories and all supplie.

5. follow up the open items after Gate 5 together with Lead Factory team, product care and TLC.

6. Continuously follows up the performance of 800kV GIS. Follows up the NPS, drive the quality improvement, process improvement and the cost reduction activity.

7. Support the upgrades and modification of products on module level if its necessary for the receiving factory.

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. 10 yea working experience for product management, etc.

3. Strong organization and communication skills, can perform well under high pressure.

4. Strong leadehip skills and a see of ownehip are required.

5. Problem solving and initiative to proactively identify and provide solutio.

6. Good written and spoken English.
