工作职责:
1.制定海外经销商的销售策略、销售计划并执行;
2.收集、整理海外市场需求,对目标市场经销商进行研究并给出建议;
3.负责所辖国家重点市场信息收集并分析,制订销售策略和未来产品需求报告;
4.负责所辖国家新产品的导入及市场开发活动,并及时跟进相关信息,制订改进建议;负责对宣传活动的结果进行评估和分析以及改善要求.
5.根据公司的VISI标准及市场的渠道分级标准,负责对各市场的终端品牌形象进行提升改进。
6.负责对所辖市场的销售及售后的问题,调动平台资源进行改进。

任职资格:
1、统招本科及以上学历,专业不限;
2、具备敏锐的观察力、分析判断能力,较强的市场开拓、客户沟通管理能力;
3、具备良好沟通技巧及团队协调和管理能力;
4、6年以上汽车销售工作经验,海外销售经验优先;
5、英语口语流利,能够非常顺畅的通过口语与国外客户沟通;
