Creating training concepts and content at location

为所属场所制定培训理念及培训内容

Selects suitable work assignments and projects, prepares training material,

performs cost calculatio, supervises operation

筛选出合适的工作任务和项目，准备培训的 材料，管控培训费用，监管培训过程的运营。

Conducts all training coues to apprentices according to IMS Gear

standards independently

根据IMS Gear 独立标准对学徒进行所有课程的培训

Itructing expertise and social competences by mea of practical exercises and projects

指导专业知识和社会能力的实际练习

Provides and reviews training material including visual and demotration

data and initiates necessary maintenance and repair services

提供和评估培训材料包括视觉和演示数据,提供必要的保养和维修服务

Develops new training and learning methods for apprentices and other

Employees

为学徒及其他员工开发新的培训内容与学习方式。

Directly respoible for the Safety and Housekeeping in his/her areas

including training peonnel in safe work practices

对培训中心的安全及6S负责

Encourages feedback and supports the individual development of apprentices in order to retain a high standard of training which includes

safety and quality

Supports exam preparation

任职条件：

College’s degree or above with major in mechanical engineering, or equivalent subject

大专学历以上，机械工程或相应专业

Good command of English & mandatory in both oral and written.

良好的口头和书面英语。

With strong application ability of Office Software: Word, Excel, etc.

较强的办公软件应用能力，文档、数据表格等。

Technical undetanding (experienced in machining favorably in turning,

milling and CNC)

专业技能方面的知识，如机加工、数控、装配、电气等

Ability to read schematics

能看懂图纸

Good undetanding and knowledge of electronics and programming

(PLC)

在电子及编程PLG方面有较好的知识

CAD drawing experience

会CAD制图

Computer Skills (MS Office)

Strong written and verbal communication skills
