Program Management
Develop a clear and detailed step by step project plan.
Eure that the program is feasible and maintain on track.
Problem solve and adapt quickly to address problems as they arise.
Maintain close contact with custome, superviso, staff and pee using advanced interpeonal and communication skills.
Multi-task to track project timing, supplier timing, spending, budget, peonnel, efficiency.
Re-plan and coordinate the project when the need arises and communicate accordingly.
Communicate and maintain program overview to eure all parties are on the same track.
Customer Advisory
Service:
Cultivating contacts with Asian (both local and traplant) custome. Determination of customer satisfaction, evaluation of the results and coordination of actio where necessary.
Organization of customer meetings.
Technical advice to custome with support of the respective department, if necessary.
Determine customer’s future demands by local presence. Evaluation and internal coordination of relevant data.
Hold discussio within the guidelines regarding price adjustments (e.g. change of raw material conditio) and put it into action where applicable.
Selective acquisition of potential custome according to the itructio of the Sales Management. Processing of incoming inquiries.
Processing of Inquiries Taking and recording of regional customer inquiries and communicate with HQ.
Advise custome regarding technical and economical solutio with close communication with HQ.
Communication with HQ for preparation of the inquiries with regard to contents.
Completion of missing data and submit to HQ.
Substantiate customer specificatio. Analyze the technical (feasibility, tolerances) and economical realization (e.g. capacity, invest, price target) together with internal respoible peo in HQ.
Support of ProductionDepartments
Support the production departments by customer audits, complaints and warranties. Analyzing of effects in case of economical (calculation) and technical condition changes. Discussion and implementation of analysis.

Skills:
*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
*Computer Skills (MS Office)
*Manufacturing(assembly/metal) / product/ engineering/ program management experience
*Language skills: Chinese and English plus German language (desirable)
*Strong written and verbal communication Skills
*Strong multitasking and planning skills
*Logical hands-on problem Solving Skills
*Ability to work with different cultures and backgrounds
*Familiar with required measuring equipment
*Thorough Statistics knowledge
*Willing to travel
*Undetands Geometric dimeioning and tolerancing
