岗位职责:
1. To be respoible of blue collar hiring in sites,recruiting channel re-set up and enhancement. To be respoible and closely involved in external hiring activity, focusing on regular visit to government department,eg.Bureau of Labor, and kinds of agencies,maintain good relatiohip with them,aim to enrich labor acquiring resources.Vacancy review and analysis should be presented in sites' management meetings.
2. To work closely with HR colleagues in Shanghai on day-to-day HR processes with effective implementation and standardization, and other HR activities on annual performance management,salary review,information checking,etc.,local support on HR self-service activities to site management team.
3. To work as HRBP to influence business agenda in site organizational design,site leadehip team build up,key talents identification,retaining and development,etc.
4. To coordinate to set up and implement the annual training plan of sites,focusing on the training content and quality to fully meet the requirment of internal / external audit.High quality of training records maintain.
5. To be respoible to maintain peonnel file in sites,including contract management (new hire, probation, renewal and termiantion),and also kinds of employee records.
6. To maintain and record stationery inventory and drinking water. Monthly report on the coumption.
7. To implement the administration system, liaison with each department on the policy and procedure. To maintain housekeeping of factory.
任职要求:
1. Around 3-5 yea in HR experience with solid skill-set including blue collar recruitment (as well as White Collar if applicable), HR data management (OT, Payroll data, leave mgt and etc), on-boarding and exit management.
2. Independent and with self-motivation.
3. Good in data analysis and patient.
4. Willing to learn and proactive.
