职位描述:
岗位职责:
1、协助上级进行公司招聘、培训、福利、绩效考核等工作;
2、负责建立、维护人事档案,办理和更新劳动合同;
3、执行招聘工作流程,协调、办理员工招聘、入职、离职、调任、升职等手续;
4、协助开展新员工入职培训,业务培训,对培训效果进行跟踪及反馈;
5、帮助建立员工关系,协调员工与管理层的关系,组织员工的活动。
任职资格:
1. 国家公办全日制大专及大专以上学历;
2. 一年以上HR相关工作经验,对上海用退工操作系统和流程,公积金操作系统和流程,个税申报操作系统和流程等熟练运用
3. 了解国家和上海的各类人力资源相关的法律法规和规章制度
4. 能顺畅的阅读和使用书面英语,能听懂并能基本的英语口语交流
5. 学习和领悟力强,积极主动性高,沟通态度良好
6. 能熟练运用Excel,懂得简单的excel公式和函数。

Respoibilities:
Respoible for recruitment, new employee orientation; Assisting People Development Manager in organizing training activities, performance evaluation program and career management activities.
Recruitment 50%
1.Establish yearly recruiting plan in close collaboration with each team leader and head of department;
2.Conduct telephone interviews, organize face-to-face recruiting interviews, conduct candidate background check and follow-up closely the recruitment status on weekly basis;
3.Build effective recruiting guideline/procedures/tools and organize training of effective recruitment for manage;
4.Build relevant talent market price database and conduct market C&B trend analysis on quarterly basis;
5.Coordination in new staff on-board process including preparing on-board documents, verification and registration, compute, desks and office supplies;
(If HR admin takes the lead, this would be passing the information to HR admin and coordination only)
6.Organize new staff orientation and training program in close collaboration with each team leader and head of department;
7.Coordinate with HR colleagues in managing peonnel files correctly, including issuing new employee registration, employment status registration and update in government offices, social iurance and housing fund status update, applying for foreigne' work permit and residence permit, employment certificate, salary certificate…etc.,;(If HR admin takes the lead, this would be passing the information to HR admin and coordination only)
8.Follow-up new staff's feedback on weekly and monthly basis, collaborate with each head of department to monitor new staffs’ performance during probation period on regular basis and systematically filing the written performance appraisal for each new staff;
Training, Performance Management and Career Management 50%
9.Assist People Development Manager in organizing the training activities in close collaboration with each team leader and head of department;
10.Assist People Development Manager in performance management activities (incl. KPI, 360 degree evaluation…etc., ) in close collaboration with each team leader and head of department;
11.Assist People Development Manager in building career management programs in close collaboration with each team leader and head of department;
12.Assist in organizing the company's event and internal communication activities.
Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
