1.Identification and realisation of savings opportunities a wide range of technologies eg. Stamping, Injection Moulding, Machining, Die Casting and Assembly processes识别和实现节约机会，如：冲压、注塑、加工、压铸和组装过程

2.Planning and execution of cost reduction workshops at supplie计划和执行供应商的成本降低

3.Perform Should-Cost calculatio执行成本应当计算

4.Marketing Price Analysis and directly handle RFI or RFQ process to get data. 市场价格分析和直接处理RFI或RFQ程序获取数据

5.Statistical Excel reports 统计数据报告

6.Support Purchasing with calculatio for supplier negotiatio 支持采购与供应商协商的成本计算

7.Give Cost Analysis training SMMP internal 给SMMP内部提供成本分析培训

8.Support Engineering & Sales with cost estimation 用成本评估支持工程和销售

9.Technical feedback about cost drive in design对设计的成本给与技术反馈

10.Other tasks assigned by superior 领导安排的其他工作

Requirements要求:

1.Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Industrial Engineer or similar) or equivalent technical background or Economic Degree with high interest for technical topics with the aim to achieve technical knowledge quickly on the job工程学位(机械、工业工程师或类似)或相关技术背景或经济程度高对技术主题,目的是很快在工作中实现技术知识

2.Team oriented, analytical, flexible, disciplined, self-motivated, show own initiative, cocientious, solution-oriented, technical competence, negotiation skills, willingness to travel, curious, innovative. 团队导向,分析,灵活,有纪律,有上进心,显示主动,认真,面向解决方案,技术能力,谈判技巧,愿意经常出差,好奇,创新

3.Well-developed cost awareness, good communication skills and peeverance to achieve targets. 良好的成本意识,良好的沟通技巧和毅力来实现目标

4.MS Office, esp. Excel (advanced) and Power Point 熟悉办公软件，尤其是EXCEL，PPT

5.Used to prepare efficient presentatio使用有效的演讲做准备

6.Experience with product cost calculation methodology and software. 产品成本计算方法和软件的经验

7.Several yea in Purchasing, Technical and/or production environments有采购、技术或生产的经验

8.Good knowledge of production processes of purchased components, associated production equipment/tooling, product cost calculation相关的购买组件的生产流程,熟悉生产设备/工具、产品成本计算
