Respoibilities:
- Undetand the site organization , could involve to define JD & Competence Request
- Set up and manage candidates’ database by function
-To have regular analysis of recruitment status & market status, give input to site C&B policy
-Yearly & monthly hiring plan to build up & update timely
- Open & maintain different recruitment channels to eure the efficiency of recruitment of operato, trainees and office staffs.
- Find right candidates to be validated, offer proposal & reference check
-Recruitment monthly report & analysis
-Respect HC budget & control HC accordingly
- Respect recruitment & validation procedures (SAVO/External candidates’ evaluation repo Reference check)
- Attend plant MPS meeting
-CareeTurnover management; Manage SDP process, Mid-year-review & Annual Appraisals; Contribute to operato’ communication meeting monthly
-Other issues assigned by HRM
-To apply 5 axes in his domain
-Obey HSSE rules and regulatio, pay attention to safety and any accident or incident related to HSSE found, report immediately to N+1
- Is respoible for 5S
-To submit and implement improvement proposals
Qualification :
Bachelor degree, English, Law or HR major, 3 yea’ above related working experiences, familiar with Chinese labor law and Chinese labor contract law.
Can work under pressure, quick learner
